General Business services 

  •  A valid ID is required for all notary services.

  • All documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or document that does not meet our standards.

Fees

  •  All fees for notary services are subject to change in accordance with Texas State Notary Laws.

  •  All prices listed are at base pricing and may increase depending on the complexity of the document.

  •  If the address entered is not the same as the address where the notarization is taking place, an additional  fee maybe incurred . 

Terms of usage 

1.     Notary Public Services: 1.1 The notary public services are provided by duly commissioned Texas notaries public, authorized to perform notarial acts within the state of Texas. 1.2 The notary public services include, but are not limited to, notarizing signatures, administering oaths, affirmations, and acknowledgments, certifying copies of documents, and executing jurats. 1.3 The notary public services are subject to the laws and regulations of the state of Texas and any applicable federal laws.

2.     Verification and Identification: 2.1 The notary public reserves the right to request and verify the identity of the person(s) seeking notarization. 2.2 The person(s) seeking notarization must present valid and unexpired identification documents, such as a driver's license, passport, or government-issued identification card, to establish their identity. 2.3 The notary public reserves the right to refuse notarization if the identification provided is deemed insufficient or if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3.     Confidentiality and Privacy: 3.1 The notary public agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy regarding all information and documents provided during the notarization process, unless required by law or authorized by the person(s) seeking notarization. 3.2 The notary public will take reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of the information and documents provided, but cannot guarantee absolute security or protection against unauthorized access.

4.     Fees and Payment: 4.1 The fees for notary public services are as prescribed by the state of Texas and are subject to change without notice. 4.2 The person(s) seeking notarization shall pay the applicable fees for the services rendered. Payment shall be made in cash or any other form of payment accepted by the notary public. 4.3 Additional fees may apply for travel, document preparation, or other ancillary services, as agreed upon between the notary public and the person(s) seeking notarization.

5.     Limitation of Liability: 5.1 The notary public shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the notarization services, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or negligence, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. 5.2 The notary public's liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the notarization services.

6.     Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 6.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. 6.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the notary public services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the state of Texas.
